Why does our entry level/budget engine cost a little more than some
of our competitors? Because we do more to it, and put better stuff in it! For example, we use roller rockers that have full needle bearing roller trunions on
them, not a steel-on-steel setup waiting to gall and cause engine failure. Why
do we use thermal barrier coatings? Because not all gasoline is created equal,
nor does everybody drive at the same altitude. The thermal barrier coatings have
repeatedly proven themselves by not only making more horsepower through managing the heat, but by saving wear and tear on
critical internal parts too. Why do we port and polish the heads because we optimize
the engine combination to make it more efficient. Finally, we just give you more
stuff! We try to take some of the guesswork out of completing your future engine
